Every order made on www.ursulajewels.com, referred to herein as The Website, is subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

 

1. PRICING POLICY

Prices are shown in Swiss Francs and are inclusive of Swiss VAT.  Shipping is free in Switzerland, However, Shipping and all other potential applicable taxes (import duty, VAT outside Switzerland) will be directly charged to you. please refer to shipping below for more details.

 

2. ITEMS DESCRIPTION

Items sold on The Website are described and presented as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, slight differences in size, weight and/or color may be found in hand-crafted items. Photographs illustrating items sold are provided for information purposes only. 

 

3. ITEMS AVAILABILITY

Items available in stock will be delivered within 5 working days. Items not in stock and in case of customized pieces will be hand-crafted especially for you and will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. Information of delivery will be accepted and confirmed upon order. 

 

4. ORDER

An offer to purchase is formed when you place your order on the website. Acceptance of your order and of the contract between you and Ursula Jewels will be completed when we send you a confirmation email.

We reserve the right not to accept all or part of any offer to purchase at our sole discretion, in particular when ordered items, or part of them, are no longer available, when we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or in case of non-payment.

 

5. PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PAYPAL:  VISA and MASTERCARD credit card.

Payment must be made in full when the order is placed. However, the order amount will only be debited upon acceptance of your order by Ursula Jewels.

You will then receive an invoice via email.  

 

6. DELIVERY

We deliver everywhere in Switzerland and worldwide, except in P.O. boxes. We aim to dispatch all orders within the delay mentionned on the product pages. In the case of items with different delivery times, the longest will be considered for shipment of the order. Shipping is handled by the Swiss Post. Parcel is delivered by insured mail to the address provided when placing your order.

 

You are solely liable for ensuring that the delivery address supplied for the order is accurate and complete. We may not be held liable in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address. 

Transfer of liability occurs upon conclusion of the contract, meaning before shipping. We may not be held liable for any loss or broken package. 

 

Shipping is complementary for deliveries in Switzerland (inclusive of any insurance costs). Shipping costs remain at your expense for all deliveries outside Switzerland. Shipping costs are then stated upon final confirmation of your order. 

For deliveries outside Switzerland, local taxes (import duties, local VAT etc.) are at your expense.

 

Delivery time may be extended, by the appropriate period, if a force majeure event prevents delivery, in particular in the following cases: strikes, wars, natural disasters, shortages in the raw materials used to produce the jewelry, exploiting impediment and transport problems. We may not be held liable for these events or for their impact on the delivery times for these parcels. Force majeure events may not be used as a ground for terminating the sale contract. 

 

7. RETURN POLICY

Should any item not suit you, you can return it to us up until 7 (seven) days from the day you made your order. Return is at your own risk. Refund is made in the form of a credit to the payment method used when placing your order. Return fees remain is at your own cost.

 

Return of items used, damaged or generally in a condition which does not allow them to be sold, and/or without their packaging, authenticity card or label will not be accepted. In such case, items will be sent back to you under your responsibility and at your cost. No refund will be given.

 

Promotions or sales and personnalized items with sizes that aren't standard can not be returned nor refunded.

In the event that, despite all our care in manufacturing and controlling the quality of our products, you noticed any defect recognized as such, you must notify us so that we can take necessary action to repair it. 

 

8. RETURN PROCEDURE

In case of return, you must write to contact info@ursulajewels.com and we will send you a return note. Once the note received, you will have to:

• Carefully wrap the returned item in a parcel;

• Slip the return note you received, completed, into the parcel;

• Send the parcel to our studio (see address on return note);

• Send the parcel through registered mail or courier service of your choice. Please note that you are responsible for the delivery of the goods to our studio.

 

We will do our best to issue a refund as soon as possible. Only the purchase price of returned items will be refund. No refund will be given for any other costs (shipping costs, taxes, custom duties or fees etc.) incurred to receive the goods. 

 

9. SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders placed on URSULA JEWELS are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any item purchased using our Special Order option will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.

10. WEBSITE USE

By using and/or registering to our website, you agree to the present Terms and Conditions and guarantee to URSULA JEWELS that: 

• you are legally an adult in your country of residence and have full legal capacity or, failing this, parental authorization to contract a purchase; 

• all purchases are made in a personal capacity only and as an individual (sales may not be concluded with legal entities); 

• all information provided about yourself during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; 

• you will keep the information provided up-to-date at all times.

 

You are sole responsible for the access and use of access data (username, password) sent to you by URSULA JEWELS at the end of the registration process. You are therefore exclusively liable for any consequences that may result from its use. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. 

 

11. DATA PROTECTION

All personal data collected will be processed with the utmost respect and in strict confidentiality. Some of the data related to shipping of ordered items may be disclosed and entrusted to our order fulfillment and shipping partners. 

 

URSULA JEWELS may use your personal data to send you information on new collections and special offers. You may at any time withdraw your agreement regarding such use of your personal details by simply unsubscribing on the bottom part of the last newsletter you received. 

 

12. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY SITES

The website may include hyperlinks that refer to other websites or resources. Ursula Jewels hereby expressly declares that it has no influence whatsoever on the creation and/or content of the pages referred to in the links. This declaration shall apply to all the links displayed and all the content of the websites to which these links refer.

 

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All information published on The Website (including text, logo, photos, descriptions...) is protected by intellectual property rights. Use of this content in any form and for any purpose is prohibited without prior written consent of URSULA JEWELS. ALL data on ursulajewels.com belongs to ursula jewels and use of any of the photos, descriptions, text, logo etc are prohibited by law.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

All clauses set out in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the purchase and sale transactions referred to herein, shall be governed by Swiss law. The language of the contract is French.

The relevant courts in Switzerland shall have jurisdiction.
